WELCOME TO BOX HILL OSTEOPATHY
Our highly experienced osteopaths use hands-on assessment and treatment techniques to understand how your body is moving and what may be contributing to your symptoms. Treatment is personalised to your needs, so where appropriate, we can start addressing the problem from your very first appointment.

A Truly Hands-On Approach
Our Osteopaths use hands-on assessment and treatment techniques to understand how your body is moving and what may be contributing to your symptoms. Treatment is personalised to your individual needs, so where appropriate, you can start addressing the problem from your very first appointment.

No Rushed Appointments
We don't believe your first Osteo appointment should feel rushed. Initial consultations are 45 minutes, giving your Osteopath time to listen, assess your movement, explain what's going on and provide hands-on treatment where appropriate.

More Than Just Where It Hurts
Our osteopathy looks at how different areas of the body may be contributing to the problem you're experiencing. Whether it's your back, neck, shoulder or another area, we'll assess what's going on and tailor your treatment to help you get back on track.
OUR SERVICES
Our clinic takes a personalised, hands-on approach to Osteopathic care. This means there is no cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all treatment; your Osteopath will assess your individual presentation and tailor treatment to what your body needs.
Your 45-minute initial consultation is designed to thoroughly understand what's going on and determine an appropriate treatment plan.

Your Osteopath will take the time to listen. We'll discuss your current symptoms, relevant health history and what may have led you to this point, as well as what you'd like to get back to doing.

Where appropriate, hands-on treatment can begin from your first appointment. Your Osteopath will assess your movement and use treatment techniques suited to your individual presentation, needs and preferences.

We'll explain what's going on in a way that's easy to understand and discuss the next steps for your care. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your treatment plan and what you can do to help get back on track.

Everything you need to know about your visit.
An initial osteopathy consultation is $125 (45 minutes). Standard follow-up appointments are $95, with extended consultations available for $120 if more treatment time is required.
Please bring any relevant medical information, including referral letters, scans or imaging reports (such as X-rays, MRI or CT scans), your Medicare card if you’re attending under a GP Care Plan, and your private health insurance card if you wish to claim on the spot.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full consultation fee.
Not usually. Your osteopath is trained to perform a comprehensive assessment and determine whether imaging is necessary. If you’ve already had X-rays, MRI, CT scans, or ultrasound imaging, simply bring the reports to your appointment.
Every person and every condition is different. Some acute injuries improve within just a few treatments, while persistent or long-standing conditions may require a longer management plan. After your initial assessment, your osteopath will explain their recommendations, outline your expected recovery timeline, and work with you to achieve your goals without unnecessary appointments.
